Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days.
Free shipping on all domestic orders over ₹1,999.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp and Email.

Returns (Unused & Unworn Items)
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone. We will provide the return address and instructions.
Customers are requested to ship the item at their own cost to the address provided by Amaaii Jewels.
All returned items must include the original packaging and tags.
Refunds will be initiated once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse. After approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges & Replacements
Exchanges or replacements are allowed under the same conditions as returns (unused, unworn, and in original packaging).
Replacement items will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original product, unless agreed otherwise.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process such claims, we require a 360° unpacking video of the parcel and product. Insufficient or tampered evidence may affect claim acceptance.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
